Jarren Turns 8!!

Yes, I am behind....

Jarren turned 8 years old on March 7th. It is hard for me to believe that it has been 8 years since I gave birth to him. He has grown up so much and so fast. He is smart and loves his brothers and sister. He is always willing to help them with what ever they need, even when he gets a little bossy with them.

For his birthday we stayed home and had a party with a few of his good friends. We played games, decorated cup cakes and then opened presents. So as you can see we kept things simple.

Not sure what I was trying to get Jarren to do but I know that we are trying to sing Happy Birthday since the candle is lit on his cup cake.
Everyone enjoying the decorating of cup cakes and eating them. It was very enjoyable to watch everyone create something with their cupcakes.
Then of course the crazy mess that comes with opening presents. Thank You to everyone that came to celebrate Jarren's birthday. It was lots of fun!!! (Jacob of course had to be right there to see what he could steal and play with.)

You would think that once the kids are gone and the mess it cleaned up that the Birthday fun would be over...No we still have to party with Grandma and Grandpa. So the following day we went to my parents were we had more cake and presents.
